Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns on a case-by-case basis. We simply ask that you fill out and submit this Return Request Form and include it in your return package. We will issue the refund once we receive and process the product. We try to process all returns within one week of delivery to our warehouse.

If your product is unused, defective, or was received in error, we can issue you a refund or exchange. If you are having issues with a machine please contact us first before sending anything back.

If you are looking to return an item for any reason and it is more that 6+ months from your original ship date please contact us before returning the item.

The more information we have, the faster we can identify and resolve your issue, so please make sure to fill out as much information as possible and send it to the return address included on the submission confirmation page.
