Installing a Fusion 360 Post Processor on a Mac

We also have a video tutorial showing how to install the Fusion 360 post-processor.

To install and use a post processor for Fusion 360, follow these steps.

1. Enable Cloud Libraries in Fusion 360 by going clicking your account (top right) and going to Preferences. Click CAM from the sidebar and check the box for Enable Cloud Libraries.
Preferences panel in fusion 360

2. Log in to your A360 account and navigate to A360 Drive.

3. It may take a minute, but the following folders will be created inside of the Assets folder. (Older versions of the Cloud will name this folder A360 Drive, as illustrated in the screenshot below.)

4. Upload the post processor file inside of the CAMPosts directory

5. Now that you've done this, whenever you are finished making CAM operations in Fusion 360 the post process dialog will have a Source option for My Cloud Posts, which allows you to use any post processor you've uploaded to the CAMPosts folder. It may take a moment to appear.
